Uniformed Service or Overseas Voters (UOCAVA)
Use this option if you meet the one of the definitions below:
Uniformed Service Voters include:
Active duty military members, absent from their Maine voting residence;
Merchant marine in active service, absent from their Maine voting residence;
Member of the commissioned corps of the U.S. Public Health Service or the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, absent from their Maine voting residence; or
A spouse or dependent of a uniformed service voter, who by reason of active duty or service of the member, is absent from their Maine voting residence.
Overseas Voters include:
U.S. citizen currently living outside the United States or U.S. territory, whose residence before leaving the U.S. was in Maine;
U.S. citizen who has never lived in the United States, but who has a parent who is a qualified Maine voter.
