7.D.1 - Individual water services are improperly located, designed, protected, or sized.
3.A.4 - A current copy of the water analysis is not posted in the park in view of the public and/or the water has not been tested and shown to be satisfactory before the campground opens for the season.
7.D - There are no water supply outlets and/or water supply outlets are not backflow protected.
7.E - Electrical distribution system is improperly installed or maintained in accordance with applicable state and local codes and rules.
3.F.5 - The floors, walls and ceiling of the sanitary building are not clean and in good repair and/or the toilets, lavatories and showers are not cleaned and disinfected daily and/or maintained in good repair.
3.F.4 - Warm and cold water or a mixture of warm water not provided at all lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers and/or cold water not provided to every toilet, urinal, flushing rim sink or laundry fixture.
3.F.1 - Inadequate number of facilities provided.
3.D - Dump station not provided, properly constructed, provided with suitable hinged cover and/or screw cap, provided with a water outlet posted with a sign that water from this outlet is not for drinking water purposes and/or not protected with an anti-siphon backflow preventer.
6.A.1 - Campground is not maintained free from accumulations of debris that may provide insect/rodent harborage and/or breeding places for flies, mosquitoes and other pests.
6.B - Openings to the outer air are not effectively protected against the entrance of flies and other flying insects by the use of self-closing doors, closed windows and screening.
