5.A.2 - C: Residential Youth Camp infirmary building not screened and protected from flies and other insects does not have a lockable storage area for medications.
5.B.4.a.b.c.d - C: No written policy authorizing those campers who are required to self-administer emergency medication.
5.B.1 - C: No standing orders that include provision for emergency first aid and medical care. Standing orders are not reviewed, signed and dated annually.
