9-A.(8) - Lights are not shielded in the laundry areas and the linen storage facilities.
2-B.(1) - The floors, walls, ceilings, windows and ventilation in common areas associated with sleeping rooms are not clean and/or not properly maintained.
2-A.(14) - Appliances are not properly cleaned and/or not properly maintained.
2-A.(13) - Drinking glasses have not been washed and sanitized after each day of occupancy and/or clean glasses, not otherwise protected, are not inverted on a clean surface.
2-C.(7) - Toilet facilities, including the toilet room and fixtures, are not properly maintained, clean, adequately vented, and/or free of objectionable odors.
