3.C.3 - The work station does not have an area of at least 100 square feet and/or is not separated from waiting or common areas by a wall or door that is at least four feet in height.
4.R - The tattooed area not properly washed with either an antiseptic soap solution or 70% alcohol solution, an approved ointment not applied to tattooed area and/or a sterile, non adherent protective cover not applied to the finished tattoo.
