8-A.(1) - Garbage and trash storage containers are unacceptable.
9-A.(2) - Clean linens and supplies are not properly stored in cabinets constructed to facilitate cleaning, on shelves at least 6 inches off the floor and/or in storage rooms that are kept clean.
9-A.(7) - Toxic materials are not properly labeled and stored.
9-A.(5) - Housekeeping carts are not clean and/or properly organized to prevent cross contamination between soiled and clean linen.
2-A.(10) - Furniture, fixtures, carpets and other accessories are not maintained and/or are not clean.
2-A.(8) - Torn and/or soiled bedding, mattresses, sheets or pillowcases are being used.
