5.B.5 - C: A treatment log for all campers and staff is not kept and made available to the Department upon request.
8.A.4 - C: Portable containers for gasoline and explosives are not marked, locked and stored properly and/or non-portable containers of flammable liquids and poisonous substances are not marked, locked or stored properly.
