2-A.(8) - Torn and/or soiled bedding, mattresses, sheets or pillowcases are being used.
2-A.(3) - Where only natural ventilation is provided, outside openings are not adequately screened.
2-A.(13) - Drinking glasses have not been washed and sanitized after each day of occupancy and/or clean glasses, not otherwise protected, are not inverted on a clean surface.
