Thank you for contacting the Office of the Maine Attorney General’s Consumer Information and Mediation Service. Our service is temporarily closed due to the number of consumer complaints we have received, and we are not accepting new complaints for mediation at this time. We encourage consumers to continue to submit complaints online.
We will forward your complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well as keep the information on file. We will use the information you provide to identify trends for enforcement actions.
The service will reopen once we work through our current complaints. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
